The 8 Limbed Path is a creative and experiential workshop, exploring the 8 limbs of a complete yogic practice.
Many of the yoga classes offered in studios and gyms (unless specialised & specified) tend only to look at asana (yoga postures), or only to skim lightly over a few other aspects of the complete yogic practice.
This half day workshop delves into each of the 8 limbs - yamas, niyamas, asana, pranayama, pratyahara, dharana, dhyana, samadhi, exploring both the philosophy and the physicality of a complete Yoga Practice.
